The following provisions explain the manner in which and the purpose for which Schibano Pharma AG (hereinafter “Schibano Pharma”) processes personal data. If you do not agree with the following provisions, you must refrain from accessing the website and from submitting personal data to Schibano Pharma.

2. Scope of personal data processing

As a rule, we only process personal data of our website users to the extent that this is necessary to provide a functional website as well as our content and services. As a rule, the processing of personal data of our users only takes place after obtaining the consent of the user. An exception applies in those cases in which obtaining prior consent is not possible for actual reasons and the processing of personal data is permitted by legal regulations.

3. Contact

Our website contains a contact form that can be used for electronic contact. If a user makes use of this option, the data entered in the entry form will be transmitted to Schibano Pharma and stored. Alternatively, it is possible to contact us via the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user’s personal data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored.

For the personal data from the input mask of the contact form and those sent by e-mail, this is the case when the respective contact with the user has ended. If the user contacts Schibano Pharma by e-mail, they can revoke their consent to the storage of their personal data at any time. In such a case, however, maintaining the contact cannot be continued.

4. How we use cookies

As with any connection to a web server, the server of our web hosting provider “Infomaniak SA” logs and stores certain technical data. This data includes the IP address and the operating system of your device, the data, the access time, the type of browser and the browser request including the origin of the request (referrer). This is necessary for technical reasons in order to enable you to access our website. The web hosting provider protects this data from unauthorised access with technical and organisational measures and does not pass it on to third parties. 5. Server log files

Collecting data to enable the provision of the website and storing the data in log files is absolutely essential for the operation and use of the website. Consequently, there is no option for the user to refuse this.

6. Data transfer and international transmission

You agree that Schibano Pharma may also use your data to enable third parties in Switzerland and abroad to perform technical, logistical or other services on behalf of Schibano Pharma for the purpose of providing the website and for the purpose of providing services by Schibano Pharma.
